About the Co-Host

TimeBanks USA

TimeBanks™ USA is a membership-based movement that seeks to promote, support and nurture Time Banks™ and Time Banking in all their many shapes and forms. Partnering organizations and member Time Banks rebuild and strengthen community, and use Time Banking to achieve wide-ranging goals such as social justice, bridges between diverse populations, and local ecological sustainability.

The TBUSA staff-run organization was founded in 1995 and is located in Washington, DC. It is comprised of a very small number of staff leaders that seek to organize the skills, interests, experiences and capabilities of Time Bank organizations and members nationwide, to provide the support, resources and leadership to build the Time Banking movement. An active Board oversees this exciting process.
